In Stock Orders placed during the week will be shipped out in 1-2 business days. If an order is placed over the weekend it will not be shipped out till the following 1-2 business days.

Preorders are open for 3-4 days once they are ordered it takes up to 2 weeks to ship to the boutique then once they are in it will take 2 business days to get them ready and ship out . 

Pink Magnolias Boutique LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the order has shipped. When the label is created you will receive an automatic email notification from the shipping carrier with the tracking number for your items. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to update.

What is Pink Magnolias Boutique LLC’s returns and exchanges policy?

Because of pre-ordering and due to the vendor the boutique doesn’t accept returns.  Make sure your item fits as soon as it comes in. Please reach out if you have an issue with your item. The boutique will work with you on an exchange for a different size if its in stock or exchange for another item of equal or greater value of the item that was purchased. If the item isn’t available in your size you can receive store credit.

All item(s) you wish to exchange must be sent back within 14 days from date of receiving. You are responsible for shipping the items back to the boutique. Once the items are received you're exchanged items will be sent out (at no cost). If you're beyond the time frame your exchange will unfortunately be denied.

If an item is returned to the boutique damaged there will be no exchange or store credit issued.

Under garments are final sale. No exchanges are allowed.

Pink Magnolias Boutique LLC isn’t responsible for rips in clothing or accessories after it has been used or washed. 

Garment care:

All tees are suggested to be washed inside out on cold with like colors and hung to dry for the best way to keep your clothing in good condition. Or follow the clothing garment tag on the clothing for more information.

Discounts can not be used on clearance items or during sales going on in the boutique. They are only to be used on regular price items or during presale times.
